Pre-order Policy Terms and Conditions
- Full payment is mandatory prior to the release of items.
- You may cancel your pre-order at any time for a full refund.
- Lead times are added to the website and are approximate. These may be updated at anytime.
- There may be differences between shipments of the same product such as colour, size, texture or similar variations. This will be updated to the product pages.
- If payment has been made and has cleared, the pre-order has been placed.

Pre-order Lead Times
- Every single one of our product pages will have a unique suggested lead time.
- Our lead times are estimations and are subject to change. This will be updated to the website.
Dispatch Delays
While pre-orders typically arrive at our warehouse within the estimated date of arrival, unforeseen delays, such as issues at local and international ports, weather conditions, industrial actions, strikes, national holidays, and other uncontrollable circumstances, may extend the lead time. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, these are best regarded as approximations. Your understanding in such instances is appreciated.
Split Delivery
- Our delivery partners calculate shipping fees based on various factors, including item weight, size, and other considerations.
- You will receive part of your order if you have purchased in stock products with pre-order products. This will not increase your shipping fee.
Keeping You Updated
- Upon placing your order, a generic confirmation receipt will be sent to all clients.
- You will receive an email reminder of your ETA.
- Occasionally, items are delayed at this stage. If we realise your pre-order is going to be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances we will update our product page on the website, so if you are concerned, please check back in at www.ivoryanddeene.com
- Once your items have been shipped a final confirmation will be sent, indicating that the order has been successfully fulfilled detailing tracking details.
Pre-order Cancellations and Refunds
- All pre-orders can be cancelled at any point leading up to dispatch. Please contact our customer service team to facilitate this.
- Once a pre-order has been dispatched it will fall under our general returns policies.
- Pre-orders can be placed on our website or in-store. By completing the full payment, the customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page and other relevant T&C pages.
