How a return works

1Start your request

Submit your return online with your order number. Returning something faulty? Add a couple of photos.

2We confirm & send your label

You'll get return approval and simple instructions by email, usually within 1–2 business days.

3Post it back

Repack it in its original packaging. Once it arrives and passes a quick check, your refund or credit is on its way.

If you've simply changed your mind, we're happy to help — as long as the item comes back to us as good as it left.

You have 30 days from delivery to start a change-of-mind return. Past 30 days, returns may still be accepted at our discretion.
Items must be unused and in original, saleable condition, with all packaging and any free gift or bonus included.
Rugs, and large or bulky items, are eligible for store credit only — and return shipping is arranged and paid by you.
Expanded foam, and sale or clearance items, can't be returned for change of mind.
Ivory & Deene may, at its discretion, decline a change-of-mind return.
