Ivory & Deene Pty Ltd is an Australian based and located company that is committed to providing the best products and services to our customers.

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at ivoryanddeene.com.au. This policy is in addition to and does not affect consumers' rights under applicable law.

Change of Mind

If you have simply changed your mind we do provide refunds, however, the following applies:

  • In saleable condition
  • Unused (unaltered) with all original packaging
  • Returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable)
  • Not subject to the exclusions listed below
  • The exchange or refund is sought within 30 days of receipt of item(s)
  • After 30 days from receipt of goods, a store credit will be applied
  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible
  • Rugs are only eligible for store credit refunds due to change of mind
  • All bulky items are eligible for a change of mind return in exchange for store credit only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Foam is not eligible for return once expanded.


Change of address can be submitted through the free My Post account.

  1. Ivory & Deene, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.

Free Shipping Policy

Where items have been shipped to you under our Free Shipping Offer, our actual incurred shipping charge will be deducted from your refund total.

Clearance and Sale Items

Clearance items, or items purchased on sale, are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Claims

All items must be checked on arrival and all claims made within 30 days of arrival by emailing the customer care team at support@ivoryanddeene.com. We do not accept claims if the packaging has been disposed of, the items(s) have been altered in any way, or lighting has been installed. Ivory & Deene is not responsible for physical damage after lighting has been installed.

Consumer Guarantees

  1. If there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will exchange the relevant item within a reasonable time or offer some compensation.
  2. Ivory & Deene will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy. Detailed photos must be provided to the Ivory & Deene team supporting the claim.

Return Tender

  1. Refunds will be given using your original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable.
  2. If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, Ivory & Deene has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped, and return to sender fees incurred.

Gift or Bonus with Purchase and Bundled Items

  1. Where merchandise is purchased with a gift or bonus, the gift or bonus must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus.
  2. In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.

Privacy When Making a Return

  1. Ivory & Deene is committed to protecting your privacy.
  2. Information collected when returning merchandise will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may be used for fraud protection activities and for the purpose of Ivory & Deene research and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.
