Overall good customer service and product is exactly same as advertised, just a little bit frustrating regarding the transaction using credit card, the details won't show in the receipt which Aus bank can't approved. It all went smoothly using debit card to do the transaction.

Happy online purchase experience
I am not a great or experienced online shopper but could not find a decent garden arch in any local shops [Bunnings does not count as I don’t shop there]. Ivory & Dean had just what I was looking for, it was easy to find online, the pictures where clear and zoom-in-able and product details comprehensive.
